Ethereal Booking turns your WordPress website into a booking website for a room, an apartment, a villa or any rental. Guests book directly on your website, and the calendar stays in sync with Booking.com and Airbnb, so the same dates are never sold twice.

Ethereal Booking Pro
Everything in Ethereal Booking is free and works without limits, for any number of properties. A separate plugin, Ethereal Booking Pro (not included here), adds:
- Card (Stripe) and PayPal payments inside the booking form, the full amount or a deposit
- The calendar of all properties on one timeline
- Editable email templates
- Updates and email support
Ethereal Booking Pro is available at plugins.etherealwebsolution.com. It is installed next to this plugin; your properties, bookings and settings stay as they are.

External services
This plugin connects to other websites only for the calendar sync:
- Booking.com, Airbnb or any iCal calendar – the plugin downloads the iCal links you paste on a property (to block the dates booked there), and those platforms download your property’s iCal link (to block the dates booked on your website). The iCal data contains only dates and a booking reference. Booking.com: Terms · Privacy. Airbnb: Terms · Privacy.
Installation
- In WordPress go to Plugins Add New, search for “Ethereal Booking”, then Install and Activate.
- A new Accommodation menu appears. Add your property: photos, price per night (and special prices), guests.
- On the property, the “Booking.com / Airbnb” tab shows how to connect the platforms.
- In Accommodation Payments turn on “Pay at the property” and / or “Bank transfer”.

Do I need a Booking.com or Airbnb account?

No. The plugin also works with your website only. If you have one, connect it with the iCal link the platform gives you.

How fast is the sync?

Your website imports every 15–30 minutes and right before every booking. Booking.com and Airbnb read your calendar every 1–3 hours (their limit). For sync without visitors, add the server cron link from Settings Sync to your hosting.

Can I take card payments?

Guests can pay at the property or by bank transfer. Card (Stripe) and PayPal payments inside the booking form are part of Ethereal Booking Pro.

Can the price change during the year?

Yes. In the “Prices” tab of the property, click “Add a price” under “Special prices” and answer three questions: what gets the price (a month, weekends or chosen dates – you can also click the dates on the calendar), for which years (every year until you change it, or only one year) and the price per night. Then save the property. Nights without a special price use the price per night; if two prices fall on the same night, chosen dates come first, then weekends, then months.
Guests see the price under every date of the booking calendar, each night of a stay is charged at its own price, and the property shows “from” the lowest price.

Add each room as its own property, as many as you need. Each one has its own calendar and its own Booking.com / Airbnb sync.

Only the calendar links you paste (Booking.com, Airbnb or any iCal calendar). See “External services” below.
