I sent them a message to see if I could receive a refund. They replied a few days later without referring to my question regarding so. More than 10 days has passed and I still cannot get a feedback from them. Paddle, claiming that they are just the reseller, threw the question to the developer who is not responding as well! This is a very troublesome case. I would not recommend this plugin. Not only the plugin, their service and their business attitude are not up to an international standard. I’ve emailed them three times and sent them facebook messenger messages and I’ve got no response. The Pro plugin page states that it supports custom Order fields, but it does not.
