Maelezo
This plugin allows to set a direction and then display a Google maps with the address and driving directions. Uses HTML5 Geolocation (in supported browsers) and integrates with native map applications for iOS and Android.

Installation
- Upload ‘ddirections’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Place the shortcodes [wpmap_map], [wpmap_directions_input] and [wpmap_directions_container] in your templates
