Getting Started
- Install and activate the plugin
- Go to Convinex Settings
- If you don’t have a Business ID:
- Click “Register & Get Business ID”
- This redirects you to the registration page
- Register and get your Business ID
- Return to WordPress and enter your Business ID
- If you have a Business ID:
- Click “I Have Business ID”
- Enter your Business ID
- Click “Verify & Save Business ID”
- Save settings
- Your chatbot is now live!

Installation
Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins Add New
- Search for “Convinex”
- Click Install Now
- Click Activate
Manual Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins Add New
- Click Upload Plugin
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now
- Click Activate
Configuration
- After activation, go to Convinex Settings
- Click “Register & Get Business ID” to register on the main site
- Copy your Business ID from the registration page
- Return to WordPress plugin settings
- Click “I Have Business ID” and enter your Business ID
- Click “Verify & Save Business ID”
- Save settings
- Visit your website to see the chatbot in action!
